DIRECTOR – BA, TEP

Mark is a Director of and co-owner of the company. He joined Gedye & Sons in 1996 when his own practice (conveniently situated next door) was amalgamated with Gedye & Sons. Mark qualified in 1988 and practiced throughout the South Lakes area.

His years in business have enabled him to accumulate an enormous amount of experience in the fields of private client work, he is an accredited member of STEP (The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) and property.

Mark currently concentrates largely on complex property transactions and running the property department.

He has always had a keen interest in computing and was instrumental in the firm completely overhauling its software systems and moving the companies database and operating system onto a hosted system in the “Cloud”. Electronic files allow swift access to information from anywhere.

Mark is the father of two adult children, has a keen love of travel and languages and is learning to play the guitar. Other passions include music, hi-fi and classic cars.
