Mark is a Director and co-owner. He joined in 1996 when his own practice was amalgamated with Gedye & Sons.
Claire joined Gedye & Sons in June 2015 and was appointed as a Director in August 2020. Claire is a member of our Property Team.
Emma joined the Private Client department in July 2016 as an associate, later becoming a senior associate before assuming the head of department role in January 2022.
Richard is a Director and co-owner of the firm. His practice areas cover a wide range of work with the emphasis on trusts, contentious probate, wills and estate planning.
Petra joined the firm in 2007. Petra is based predominately in our Lake District Office, but also handles work emanating from our busy London office.
Justin deals with a wide range of commercial litigation disputes in the areas of law. He was appointed a non equity Director of the firm in January 2016.
Local solicitor, Aimee Taylor, joined the firm in the summer of 2022 and is part of our very active property department.
Emma joined Gedye & Sons in 2023 and is a fully qualified solicitor within our Private Client team.
